The Challenge follows the “Wake Dance Method”, which is a unique system to achieve a broad knowledge of incredible dance styles by introducing a new curriculum weekly that covers exercises from different dance techniques while using different music genres. By expanding our knowledge in music and performance, our bodies wake up to their natural rhythm, balance, and articulation as we become walking poetry.
