After the spacecraft enters the orbits of the planets (depending on the planet), if you stay in orbit for a long time, it will pull you into the center by gravity and you will be stranded on the planet. You have to stop shortly in planet orbits.
When traveling between planets, black holes may appear. If you get too close to the event horizon of these black holes, it will absorb you and you may lose your spacecraft.
