Q: Why does the music stop playing when the screen darkens?
A: There are several possible explanations for why this happens. Many devices have built-in power saving settings (for example, Doze mode) that can cause interruptions to online transmission. Also, the wifi settings must be configured to stay on when the device falls asleep.
Q: Why does the music skip?
A: When songs are skipped, it is often because 1) that station's server has recently been restarted or 2) the Internet is not filling the audio buffer fast enough. These problems are usually resolved with the internet faster, by changing the wifi settings on your device, or they resolve on their own after the server reboots.
Q: Why doesn't the app work on my device?
A: Unfortunately, Country Radio is not compatible with all devices and operating systems. This is the main reason why we have decided to offer you this application totally FREE! Try it out to see if we get there loud and clear: "Nothing was risked, nothing was gained." We are adding support for new devices all the time.
Q: Why are some stations blank sometimes?
A: Some of these stations are controlled by real DJs and if they are not playing anything right now or if your site is down, no music will be played. Fortunately, we have a variety of applications, so you always have a lot to choose from.
