The establishment of the Foundation coincided with the phase of the liberation of the city of Mosul and the victories of our valiant security forces in their war on terrorism, to contribute to building the new Iraq and to help the Iraqi people in building a conscious, healthy and active society that believes in religious values, democracy and human rights and respects others and consolidates the love of the homeland and the values of good citizenship by providing education Distinguished and targeted media.

The Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation, peace be upon him, for Relief and Development strives to support and protect the deprived, the poor, the orphans, the families of the displaced, the most vulnerable in society, and the families of the martyrs in Iraq through material, legal, health and psychological care, the establishment of modern schools and institutes, the organization of youth training courses and the rehabilitation of women who head families such as widows and others, which qualifies them to obtain a resource Pension, on a continuous basis, and directing the attention of public opinion towards these segments through documentary and media programs, through cooperation with charitable, cultural and media institutions and all relevant authorities in Iraq and abroad.

Spreading the culture of tolerance and love approved by the heavenly religions, including our tolerant religion.
Assisting in providing distinguished education for children and youth, especially orphans and needy children. And to contribute as much as possible to providing the requirements of a decent life for the Iraqi individual, especially children, women, orphans and widows.
Nurturing the talents and creativity of children and youth of both sexes by developing them and providing the opportunity to guide and evaluate them.
Providing the legal awareness aspect through workshops, awareness seminars, focused discussion sessions and legal representation if required.
Providing a sound and distinguished educational climate to build the personality of the child and the young generation in line with the principles of the Islamic religion, human values and citizenship values.
Contribute to providing educational, training and professional courses for Iraqis for the purpose of improving their standard of living, especially widows, so that the graduate can practice a job or profession that provides him with a financial source that helps him secure his livelihood or part of it.
Contribute as much as possible to providing financial and non-financial assistance to widows, orphans, the needy and the displaced.
Contribute to the provision of health services and treatment of diseases.
Contribute to providing scientific, professional and academic expertise to individuals and institutions in Iraq.
Focusing on caring for the most vulnerable groups in society through rehabilitation and development programs. and projects that would provide economic and social security for these groups.

First: cash donations and local and foreign in-kind contributions
Second: Wills, gifts, grants and gifts, local and foreign.
Third: The income resulting from the activities and services provided by the institution and the income resulting from any income permitted by law.
